Hi Vera,

Once again thank you for a great job, your account is paid in full today.

Thank you for discussing this job the way you did, I knew it was not simple.

I considered all the alternatives and the building codes and was very happy to agree with Simon on the position.

The side of the terrace in the wind alley is perfect, the noise is not a problem and if so the position lends itself to easy noise damping. This unit is much much quieter than our 12kW Actron.

The team worked hard and long but again were considerate and careful.

So please thank Chris Lachlan and John for good attitude and work.

Simon was innovative and spot on when he did my job at Clareville, he was the same with this job, his assessment of the noise level was correct and the minimal intrusion in the attic was unexpectedly good. His decision was a good one.

Debbie is sending me the detail for this unit as my neighbour is very interested in the same one, I will give her Simon's name!

I just wanted to thank you for the speedy service I received on Thursday 8 August 2013.

After speaking to Jenny at around 11.00am about my A/C which wasn’t working, I had Mike and Harry in my apartment about 2 ½ hours later. Even though the problem turned out to be a simple one as my A/C was fixed within 20 minutes, I was still impressed with the way I was treated. Mike and Harry were efficient, polite and courteous.

I will have no hesitation in recommending Arrow Air Conditioning to anyone in the future.

Could you please pass on to the owner of the business and your managers my compliments to your tradesman and that came to service our air conditioner today, along with your support staff who were also very efficient.

I reside at Padstow and unfortunately I cant recall the name of your tradesman, however he was highly professional, extremely efficient, informative, friendly and understanding.

He arrived on time and gave us very good advice regarding the air conditioner and I really felt looked after him. Originally we were going to have our air-con serviced by another company, however now I will insist on using Arrow due to the top notch service that we received.

Although I did not speak with (I believe Renee?) your support person, but I appreciate the fact that she left a message and provided my husband with good information.

Congratulations owners and managers of Arrow for keeping your staff happy, engaged and efficient and my utmost compliments to your staff for creating a real WOW factor and taking the words "customer service" to "customer delight".

Hi Vera,

My name is Scott Miller and I would like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on the customer service I received from the Arrow Team.

I have dealt with other service/repair companies over the years relating to Air-conditioning systems, hot water systems etc but the service and assistance I have received from other vendors does not compete to the service and assistance I have received from Arrow over the past months.

My initial contact is with Rachele James. Rachele’s customer service can only be described as “Excellent”. She has exceeded my expectations on all accounts. She is friendly, warm, organised and dedicated to helping the customer.

Rachele arranged my 1 st fault repair in a 24 hour turn around. She sent out Dan who attended to the fault, diagnosed other faults and repaired in a timely manner.

I have since encountered another problem with the unit. Again, Rachele was immediately in contact with me. We tried to eliminate some things over the phone. For my piece of mind, Rachele arranged for Mike to call me to discuss some minor troubleshooting before committing to a call out. In my experiences, I rarely get to speak to an engineer to discuss the problem. That was very much appreciated.

After speaking with Mike, we feel we have a clear idea where the fault lies and Mike is already setup to hopefully resolve the problem this afternoon. I found this out just a few minutes ago after receiving another ETA update call from Rachele.

I truly believe that the way in which Arrow treats their customer is amazing and honest.

Overall, I have had a brilliant customer experience with Rachel and the team at Arrow and I will certainly stay with you and recommend you to anyone I know that needs their air systems attended to.
